Happy Tuesday! We all have things going on but there is always actions we can take to makes us happier. Below is a list of things to try! ❤

  1. Create some long-term goals for yourself.
  2. Go outside for 30 minutes.
  3. Allow yourself to be content with where you are in life.
  4. Try yoga.
  5. Hang out with a friend.
  6. Help out a friend in need.
  7. Take “I can’t” out of your vocabulary.
  8. Create tech-free zones in your home.
  9. Once a week write down what you are grateful for.
  10. Live in the moment as much as possible.
  11. Try a new something new (A hobby).
  12. Choose a career that makes you want to get out of bed in the morning.
  13. Go to sleep and wake up at the same time everyday.
  14. Try to keep a balanced diet.
  15. Tell three people how much you love them.
  16. Don’t worry about the little things.
  17. Look at cute things – I love this page!
  18. Stop comparing yourself to others.
  19. Listen to upbeat music.
  20. Do more of what you love.
